What a bargain. For less than the price of a starter car, you got exactly the information you needed for your goals. I don’t know that you can put a number on the frustration and missed opportunities saved.
I think the mentorship aspect of the Employee Retention Framework is absolutely essential - giving mentorship to your staff is a great way of firstly building their skill set, but it also tells them that you see a future (for them) at your company and that's why you want to equip them.
By including staff at such a detailed level, they feel wanted/needed and appreciated, and more often than not, they would want to stay and apply themselves accordingly.
Nicolas, do you see yourself staying on Alex and Leila's course indefinitely or until you reach your objectives (I imagine the objectives will change as you hit each target).
